 "I feel like a giant Christmas elf," Dean grumbles as the bells hanging from his belt loops jangle with his gait.

 

"Better that than have one of them sink their teeth into you," Sam says, "if it helps, I'll give you a letter to deliver to Santa later."

 

"Shut up."

 

Sam grins and continues scanning the ground around them as they move forward into the wood.
