Rally to Restore Sanity!...or Fear...

The Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear is this Saturday! Here are the coordinates for fangirls wanting to meet:

Who: Fangirls and their minions friends and families

Where: On the National Mall in front of the Smithsonian Institution Building, also known as the Smithsonian Castle.

When: 9:00 a.m. Saturday, October 30

How: Metro. National Mall is easily accessible from the Smithsonian Station Mall Entrance (Blue and Orange Lines). Other nearby stations include: L'Enfant Plaza (Blue, Orange, Yellow and Green Lines) and Archives-Naval Memorial-Penn Quarter (Yellow and Green lines)

What to bring: Signs, blankets and/or portable chairs, snacks, drinks

Weather: Currently predicted to be partly cloudy with a high of 64 degrees

Due to work responsibilities, dancetomato cannot come to the rally until 1:30. But have no fear! I will be there with the winning signs: "Oh, America *facepalm*" and "We're mad as hell...and going to write fic about it" I know that wolfshark will also be there with signs and justhuman has an hilarious sign about the reasonableness of equality of love so appropriately demonstrated by Stewart/Colbert.

Reply to this post if you are meeting up so I can look for you. But you don't have to RSVP! If you wake up and think, hey, I'd love to spend my day with awesome fandom people, come on down! The group will hang out for a bit waiting for stragglers, but if you get lost/delayed/lazy and just wanna call, you can call ME at 775-303-7186. (highlight to see)
